Off the board in his two most recent starts, the Kentucky-bred son of Union Rags earned his only lifetime win last fall at Churchill Downs when making his fifth career start. Since shipping to the Fair Grounds in Louisiana, he was seventh in the Grade 3 LeComte Stakes last January before finishing eighth in the Grade 2 Risen Star Stakes last month. Union Rags was a five-time winner from eight starts on the track and earner of nearly $1.8 million including the 2012 Belmont Stakes. As a sire, he has produced multiple stakes winners including 2017 Santa Anita Oaks and Zenyatta Stakes winner Paradise Woods as well as 2019 San Diego Handicap and Pat O'Brien Stakes winner Catalina Cruiser.
